A: Yes, we will continue to add more products as more become available. We do extensive research tests on all of our products, so that we are sure you are getting Top Quality products that are field tested, and safe, although some of our products can be dangerous if used carelessly.
Q: I ordered some chemicals and I decided I cant afford them, or my wife says no. Can I get a refund.
A: Lol. No. We do not refund any chemical purchases for any reason. Period. We stand by our products 100% or we just wont sell it. If you have problems with any other type of purchase besides chemicals, contact us at 865-297-2803 or mojopyrotechnics@yahoo.com immediately after receiving your shipment to discuss any possible returns. Please note there is a 7 day time frame in which any possible returns are permitted. Again, make sure you order what you can afford, what your family can endure, and so forth. Pyrotechnic supplies can be expensive!
Q: How Do I Use Thermite?
A: Well, You can use Thermite in many different applications, I will let you decide what its best used for. However, I WILL tell you how to ignite it. Thermite in non-explosive, at least the kind I sell is not, and the only way of igniting it is by either a strip of Magnesium, or with a sparkler. If you use the Sparkler method, DO NOT just light the Sparkler and jab it in your pile of Thermite. Lay it across the top, after you light it, giving you enough time to get safely away. If you use the Magnesium method, just insert a strip of Magnesium Tape into the top of your pile, about 2 inches long, and light the top of the strip with a torch, then get safely away. Q: I ordered a week ago, I haven't received my goodies. HELP ?!?
A: If its been a week since you ordered, then your package was probably shipped USPS Parcel Post, which takes 4-9 Business days to be delivered. All items in our shop are shipped USPS, and depending on weight, may be shipped either Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or First Class. A USPS Delivery Confirmation number is attached to all packages that are shipped, and will be available for you to view as soon as you get the confirmation email from Paypal shipping. In the event a packages takes longer than 12 business days to be delivered to your door, contact me IMMEDIATELY at 865-297-2803 and I will find that sucker's wherabouts for you. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!!!
Q: Can I modify the flash recipe to something else like 60/40 instead of 70/30?
A: Yes. You can modify any of the recipes found on our website. Although, you may get different results when attempting to modify an already tested and proven method. Do so at your own risk.
Q: Can I legally make Firecrackers and Fireworks?
A: Yes, to an extent defined by US laws. Firecrackers are defined as anything that goes "pop". You can legally make firecrackers, but the legal amount of flash composition allowed in any single firecracker is 50 miligrams. That is a very tiny amount, but it is what is legally allowed by law. We are unsure if any one person is allowed to mass produce firecrackers, even if you stay within the legal limit. If you try and go over the 50 miligram amount, you could be prosecuted and punished with jail and severe fines per firecracker made. There may also be other criminal charges filed. As for fireworks, they are classified as anything else and you must check your local state laws for what is allowed and what is not. Q: Can I order outside the USA?
A: Yes. Only with prior permission though from MPT. Otherwise, your order will be refunded and no goods wll be shipped.
